At Fern Hollow we believe that every child should have access to an outstanding provision which provides excellent care routines and high standards of learning and development throughout the early years.

With our highly qualified, dedicated and supportive staff, we trust that you will find all of your childcare and early learning needs met in us.

We are dedicated to giving all children who spend time with us the same opportunities to flourish and excel through a wide variety of activities and experiences, both indoor and outdoor. Whilst preparing them for their next steps in the learning and development field. We recognise that each child is an individual and will learn at their own rate and in their own unique way. We aim to plan for and support all children as they explore the world around them. 

We are here for you. If you have any questions or queries please feel free to approach our very welcoming and friendly staff who will be more than happy to offer advice and support through your every changing first few years in early education. We recognise and understand that leaving your children can be hard. We are here to reassure and support you through this time.

As national and local Government continue to extend the funding available to nurseries to continue to provide high quality services, we ensure that you are as aware of all the funding options open to you as possible.

For all 3 and 4 years 15 hours free Education or 30 hours Extended Entitlement is available for 38 weeks of the year (Term time) 
to claim for 30 hours funding please apply through the website below. You will need to provide nursery with your unique code, NI number and DOB to verify your eligibility. And then update your information on a regular basis through HMRC.  

Eligible 2 year olds are entitled to 15 hours free childcare from the term after their 2nd birthday.

Our Services.

The childcare and education services we offer

  • Full daycare 7:30am - 6:00pm
  • Half day sessions 7:30am -1:00pm and 1:00pm - 6:00pm
  • Playgroup sessions (Term time only) 9:00am -12:00pm and 1:00pm - 4:00pm
  • Pre-school collection at 12:00pm
  • Pre-school wrap around care

    At Fern Hollow we pride ourselves in being able to offer a family friendly service that understands the demanding work patterns, emergency childcare needs and the strains of day by day life. We try our very best to offer a flexible service and offer additional sessions on top of contracted sessions where possible.
